After playing the games a ton lately (and watching the new movie) ive had a desire to run a survival horror resident evil style campaign but i feel as if my usual systems (dnd, Call of Cthulu, Cyberpunk red) just wouldn't work well with my idea. Are there any systems that would better fit my idea? Any help is appreciated

Im writing an up coming session and I figured it would be a good idea to have a boxing match or mma like encounter for my party's barbarian as its a part of his backstory and he talks about being excited to "get back in the ring". But cant think of a way to do is so that its actually entertaining and not just "roll to hit, now the enemy rolls to hit" back and forth type thing or just an athletics check with extra steps.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
