Hello there,

I have an Issue with my S6 and VanMoof is not really helpfull with this: Everytime I start pedaling there is a loud and delayed clicking sound coming from the motor. This is not related to speed. Sounds like the motor is kicking in but not smooth, Rather suddenly. When I received the bike in autumn that behaviour was not there. VanMoof sent me to a partner, they said that would be normal. My question: Does your S6 Show the same behaviour? Thanks a lot
