So my mom placed a delivery order through krogers app. It is being delivered through instacart. So the order is 2 hrs late and my mom contact the delivery driver asking if she was having a hard time finding her house cause sometimes her house is hard to find. The delivery driver told my mom that the ap wasnt giving her her address so she went to her friends house and has the groceries in her friends fridge. My mom gave her her address and she has not gotten back. My mom has tried getting ahold of instacart but is having issues. And krogers is no help because ofcourse they cant do anything with instacart. Does anyone have any suggestions?
