Tech death is not my top thing now n days when it was for many many years. tho it's still near the top, prog metal has taken that, heh..but then theres changeling that does both eh..anyway, this band also makes me looooooooove listening to the genre again. This new album is perfection..Also shout out to the previous album of theirs too phantazein. If you love this one, you'll love that one. They themselves label it as prog tech death..so, there i go

Symphony x interesting thought

I was thinking if you showed someone their music, maybe they are a more modern listener. Like late 2000s music and on, whatever..they might hear just plain, straight up metal, nothing special and just boring in ways, and I could understand that initial hearing. But what's so cool and interesting about SX sound in having that headspace that is understandable, they aren't, it's incorrect. Because If you really take the time to listen, you go, oh, the riffs are soo good.. Hey, the solos are way better than what I usually hear..dang the vocals are the highest tier actually...and oh shiet, the song writing is actually amazing! Haha. They are so interesting in that they could have that output to a metalhead, and it makes total sense..but man do people need to really give them the chance and discover what's hiding is one of the best bands in general, ever.

Know what I mean? Ha

I was diagnosed at the ER exactly 1.5 years ago. If that tiny blip of inflammation showing in the pancreas was misdiagnosed and was actually the start of cancer, how long would it take for it to develop into what would be life ending if untreated? I've seemingly had numerous symptoms of pancreatic cancer, whether it's the horrible can't sit straight mid and lower back, spike of blood sugar into legit Prediabetic level, continuous of BP going higher into hypertension 1 at all times, intense fatigue, loss of appetite, fatty floating stools. Then imaging shows a mass in the colon today at ER..would it be possible this started 1.5 years ago and now I'm still alive and it grew on pancreas and spread to the colon? Or is that way too much time?
