Has daytime avoidance helped any of you at all?

my body acts like it’s constantly fighting an infection. body aches and fever are awful- and I have monthly mood issues as well (pmdd)

i know our old place had obvious mold. my kids had red around their eyes and a lot of puffiness

now this place has it too just to a lesser degree.

but it’s still obvious to me…

my question is -for anyone really disabled and without brain power

has anyone taken the route of starting by spending most of your time outside and avoiding indoors (while of course making your sleep environment more safe in regard to mold) and seen any benefit?

im wondering if that form of avoidance could help me just a little

im slowly gaining capacity with little things but the needle isn’t moving in any large way.

I feel like if I could get one percent here and there, or maybe ten percent better I’d have more mental capacity to know how to deal with the mold we have, or move and find or build a place that’s safer

edit to add: I already spend probably two hours (sometimes 4) outside daily but I’m thinking a major lifestyle change as in making my back yard like a living room/open fresh air.

Wanting to try muscimol in place of sleep drugs/calming drugs and supplements

I have decanted muscimol on hand but have learned it isn’t safe to combine with other things

taking things like:

clonidine, mirtazapine

lemon balm

valerian root

melatonin

some others

how to find a final word on what is safe when taking other drugs and supplements?
