We are releasing rewards gradually from launch until the end of July, and we want to be upfront about why.
A key part of this first phase is monitoring how the community and the market respond. Staking behaviour, reward velocity, and how $TRUST moves once it reaches your hands. A measured release gives us real data instead of noise.
We might make adjustments after that period. That could mean changes to reward rates, pacing, or campaign structure. We would rather launch, watch, and adjust than fix everything in place before we have seen how it plays out. Every distribution is verifiable on the live supply dashboard attrust.dovu.ai, where every genesis bucket, vesting curve, and claim is recomputed from immutable contracts.
We are temporarily removing APY rates over July.
APY needs to be based on ownership of $TRUST tokens, and with everyone starting from zero the early figures simply would not reflect reality. We want any rate we share to be sustainable and realistic, and we do not want a number on a dashboard to be read as a view of future rewards. It would not be one.
So we are treating July as a period of initialisation. As positions build and the data settles, we will revisit how and when we present rates.
Alongside this launch, we will provide more insight into the ongoing $TRUST rewards that have been earned behind the scenes since October 2025.
This retroactive tranche is based on your previous $DOVU staking state, together with positive network activity as an actor in the ecosystem, such as buying carbon credits. It will be at least 3 billion $TRUST tokens, representing 3% of supply, vesting from December 2026 and distributed as monthly airdrops over 18 months.
The vesting schedule is deliberate. It rewards the people who stay with us for the long term rather than pushing supply into the market on day one. And to be clear, this portion does not include the allocation for holding $DOVU passively, or for other network activity. Those are accounted for separately, and we will share more on them soon.
We highly recommend that you hold on to your $TRUST. Here is why.
Authority Trail demands $TRUST to be used. Every identity onboarded, every role registered, every authorisation recorded uses it. And there are only two ways to get it. Earn it through the protocol, starting with staking, or buy it on the market through the DOVU/TRUST pair. If you are earning $TRUST now, you already hold what every future participant in Authority Trail will need.
This is the point of the staking distribution. It puts $TRUST into the hands of the community so you can actually use the protocol over the next six months. You can see indicative costs on the Authority Trail economy page. We have published draft rates, with higher consequence actions such as approving a role costing more. Those figures are indicative and could be higher at launch, which is another reason to hold what you earn.
Over the next six months you will be able to use the Authority Trail system to onboard your identity, and $TRUST is your key to doing it. One of our core ecosystem goals for this period is to onboard as many individuals as possible into our decentralised authorisation network. It is a goal we have specifically allocated for.
The retroactive tranche is the start, not the end. Over the next six months, additional tranches will be allocated based on the actions of community members. Staking, onboarding into Authority Trail, and taking part in the network as it grows.
Put simply, the community that builds the authority layer will be the community that owns it.
We are excited to see how the next six months unfolds. We are hopeful about the combination that DOVU OS and Authority Trail bring together, and we look forward to sharing more of the internal efforts we have been building.

As the question states. Will and how will the token that we all initially invested in stay front and centre and the flagship token of this project?
Also re. marketcap - I have heard the marketcap is the last price paid or sold for a token and not the actual amount of $millions in a project.
So in theory a $1m purchase of $DOVU could increase the marketcap by $100m or more - could someone better explain this? if that is the case then I am very surprised one $DOVU is regarded as only being worth 0.0012 at this present time.

We have overtaken SAUCE to become top HTS’ by marketcap on gecko again, back in the top 1000 cryptos by marketcap again, now let’s push back into the top 300 like we were a few months ago.
Top 300 by marketcap but we must be top 50 in potential, use case, whats being built, tokenomics, staking % (60%!!!) and community etc, maybe top 25 in the world? Hopefully the price reflects this soon.
