Surfing vs Gym
I've been facing this dilemma: I need to buff up to prevent injuries and improve my performance, but at the same time, I want to surf 2 or 3 times a week, and I realized it's pretty bad to get into the water when I'm sore from gym on the day before.
How do you guys/gals handle that? I'm trying to go to the gym *after* surf days, but's a chaotic schedule to handle, because we can never know when the good swell comes in
