What has a higher value in Indian market, a certificate from Google or University of Amsterdam?

I am planning on switching from data engineering to product management and I wanted some nice certifications and projects to push a jolt of energy into my resume in this dead market.

I was what would signal a better value from employer's POV?

Courses in Question:
- Google's The Power of Statistics
- Basic Statistics by University of Amsterdam

Edit: Yeah, technically I should not worry about the brand value and all, but let's not kid ourselves, I really want to study stats, but I am only using coursera because I want the certifications, or else I might have chosen MIT OCW or Edx (audit)

What's going on with the market? I would like to speak to the manager please.

I always had an easy time getting a job, got placed in the first interview I gave, applied to a seond job, got a nice hike and got selected. 2 out of 3 applications resulted in a call and I did have two offers!

Now, I have applied to 60+ jobs, I haven't even heard back from anyone yet. Like, it's like dead silence! Maybe I don't have the skills required and I am upskilling, but I am seriously concerned after not even getting one call!

>Massive Edit: I doubt if everything can be laid at the feet of AI, my theory is companies started working on AI adoption in the US and began investing in large Data Centers and chips etc., instead of other conventional projects, thus AI did monopolize (somewhat) the new investments even when it didn't deliver what was promised (It's somewhat dumb, the AI is), but it was a signal to the investors of these companies that they were with the brand new thing and not falling back. So, devs were laid off, people started flooding back to India.
Also, the interest rates are high, so free money is scarce, further limiting investments.
Tarrifs probably didn't help either. War in Ukraine, rising energy costs with inflation and things have become real F ing bad. Post your theories down below, but my main point is, it's just not AI, not in the way people generally think of it anyways.
