Awful experience with Teleperformance Portugal
Unfortunately I feel obligated to write this post, too warn others about TP Portugal.
Some time ago I joined a project with them. Unfortunately the things I have been told during the recruitment process turned out to be a lie, bonuses are impossible to achieve and the position promised in interviews was not the one I ended up at.
But this was only revealed to me after signing a contract and finishing the training.
Even worse, after I finished the training and started working on the project the role got changed again.
With every single change and lie the role and daily tasks got worse and worse.
If I would have known what the final role looks like, I would never have joined.
During the recruitment process I asked all important questions to make a proper decision, only to be lied to and to only find this out after joining .
I know that during the recruitment process the truth is sometimes sugar coded, but TP does not just sugar code they told me a lot of lies.
I can only advise everyone to stay as far away from TP Portugal as possible and not to trust them.
