9 month-old baby constantly waking up at night
Hi mums, my baby boy is now 9 months old, a happiest little pie all day until his sleep. He giggles, coos, crawls and stands up all day. He always makes sure his day is a new day of exploring. He’s naturally a happy & chill boy during the day. He has 2 naps a day. 2/2.5 hours all together.
When he gets in bed at 7.30, he’ll only sleep for probs 2 hours before waking up & crying. I’ll usually soothe him by patting his bump, cuddling or rocking depending on his mood. He’ll usually be back to sleep after 15, 20 mins. But it’s like a clock work, he’s up like that every hour afterwards. The worst is from 3am, he’ll scream even being held & rocked. It’ll usually be 30 mins or 45 mins before he settles again but from here, I can’t put him down anymore. He will be alerted & scream again even if I just bend down to the rocking chair.
You may have some advice for me so that I can help him sleep better?
