Guys iam looking to upgrade one at a time

I have a kingrinder p1 and I use it since 2 years

I only do v60 with Ethiopian beans almost all the time

I have a gooseneck kettle with temperature from Amazon it's a Chinese brand

I have a Hario v60 dripper

And as usual a coffee scale

I am looking to upgrade either my hand grinder or my kettle

If hand grinder I want to upgrade to either k6 or k7 what do you suggest for my use case and why

And for my kettle as per my understanding I think upgrading the hand grinder is much needed upgrade because the water boils same in all the kettle brand and cools down same

No need to account for what's missing in the tank consider my tank as prefectly balanced but zoas don't open well or uk general color is not best that type of scenarios.
