I've tried tinkering and then going through multiple season with different settings to see what works.... I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Ideally I'd want the players to import to their real teams they debut with... but I would take any import of the historical rookies at this point.

The showers in the locker room haven't been cleaned all year.
Sometimes it smells so bad in the rec I have to leave.
It's gross and embarrassing.
Many professors at WWU seem to have disdain for confident, attractive and intelligent students. They don't seem to like to let them speak and want to 'cut them down.' Many even seem to take delight in this.
Meanwhile they treat dumb and inept students like they are precious and often encourage them to talk and try to build them up.
This seems like a very serious issue in many WWU classes. I hate it.
There should be a required basic social skills class at WWU or like an 'appropriate class behavior' class.
I'm a returning student, and the young people in classes are so inappropriate, annoying, creepy, and outright nasty that I fear coming to class almost everyday.
Also, this is not a simple 'I don't get young people' thing. I've spent a lot of time at jobs and such around young people. The problem at WWU is peculiar and strange.
Get real guys. Or pull it off better.
