David Ferrie Lied
^(David Ferrie lied about not knowing Lee Harvey Oswald. Just like Clay Shaw lied when he said he was never affiliated with the CIA, and that he never used an alias.)

In the late Summer of 1963, Oswald made a visit to Jackson, LA and attempted to gain employment at the East Louisiana state mental hospital. Why in the world would Oswald want to work at a mental hospital? How did this fit into the grand conspiracy scheme? For those who don’t believe Oswald was there I’ve included several witnesses to the event.
Edwin Lea McGehee: Barber who said he cut the hair of a man he later identified as Oswald. During the haircut, the man asked about jobs at the hospital (noting he had a wife and child and needed work); McGehee referred him to Reeves Morgan and suggested voter registration might help.
• Reeves Morgan: Said Oswald visited his home seeking help getting a job at the hospital (mentioning electrical/electrician skills and ability to do various work). Morgan advised on civil service applications/exams and noted no official openings but possible need for electrical work; he later heard from hospital staff about an application.
• Henry Earl Palmer: Registrar who said Oswald (showing Navy ID) came to register, stating he wanted the hospital job and claiming to live in Jackson (with a doctor). Palmer advised he did not need to be a registered voter for the job (or directed him toward hospital application/mayors/Morgan) and could not register him without proof of residency.
• Bobbie Dedon: Hospital clinic receptionist who said a man she identified as Oswald asked for directions to the personnel office to apply for employment (brief interaction, early September). She testified at the Clay Shaw trial.
• Maxine Kemp: Personnel office employee who said that in 1964 she found a job application in the files under “Oswald, Harvey” (or similar; last-name-first format). The file was later missing when searched. She also testified at the Shaw trial.
• Aline/Alene Woodside: Personnel department staff who reportedly told Morgan she had seen Oswald’s application in the files (later unlocatable during searches by investigators).
Jack Ruby proves to be an interesting character in the JFK assassination. His mob ties and appearances at several key locations leads one to believe he was more than an impulsive murderer. There were several deaths that are very suspecious due to their relationship to Ruby. Journalists Bill Hunter and Jim Koethe were both at Ruby’s apartment the night he murdered Oswald. Hunter was shot and killed on 4/23/64. Koethe was killed by a “karate chop” on 11/21/64. A third journalist, Dorothy Killgallen was found dead on 11/8/64 under the circumstances of a suspicious overdose. All of her JFK notes were gone. Her friend who had her back up notes died a very short time later. Killgallen published a major scoop in August 1964 featuring the leaked, classified transcript of Ruby's secret testimony to the Warren Commission. She also had a one on one meeting with Ruby.
Two of Ruby’s attorney also ended up dying at an early age. Tim Howard, his first attorney died in 3/27/65. Clayton Fowler who represented him later died in January 1971. They were 48 and 50 years-old, respectively.
Jack Ruby himself died of cancer related complications in January 1967. He believed he was injected with a highly virulent cancer virus while in jail. The CIA worked feverishly to develop this type of biological weapon technology in the early 1960s as a means to kill Castro.

As I mentioned in a previous post, LBJ was quoted in 1971 as not believing Oswald acted alone. This statement obviously got some people very worried. This statement was the catalyst for at least eight deaths of people who had first hand knowledge of the conspiracy to murder and/or coverup the assassination of JFK. Cliff Carter, Malcom Wallace, Dr Richard A Liguori, Roscoe White, Gen. Charles Cabell, Richard B Russell Jr, Clayton Fowler, and James Plumeri all died in 1971.
Without a doubt this is one of my favorite JFK assassination related photos. We will skip the argument for a windshield bullet hole and proceed to the Dal-Tex building. In this photo you can see a man who appears to be slumped down on the fire escape steps as if he is reacting to something acutely. There is an open window nearby. Where is this man’s witness statement?
LBJ was quoted circa 1971, “I never believed that [Lee Harvey] Oswald acted alone, although I can accept that he pulled the trigger.” There were several convenient deaths that occurred that year. In particular, the deaths of Roscoe White, Malcolm Wallace, and Dr Richard Liguori. Sounds like some folks were getting very nervous.
Shortly after his arrest on November 22, 1963, Dallas police applied paraffin casts to Oswald’s hands and right cheek to detect gunshot residue (nitrates/barium/antimony). The hands tested positive; the cheek tested negative. Critics have long argued this indicates he did not fire a rifle that day, because a cheek pressed to the stock of a bolt-action rifle should pick up residue. Later neutron-activation analysis on the casts also found no incriminating quantities on the cheek (while residues appeared on the hands). The negative cheek result is a near-definitive proof he did not shoot from the sixth-floor window.
Otto Otepka was Deputy Director of the U.S. State Department’s Office of Security in the late 1950s–early 1960s. Around 1960 he noticed a spike in American “defectors” to the Soviet Union, including some with military backgrounds. He suspected that at least some might be false defectors—U.S. intelligence assets (CIA or military) sent to gather information behind the Iron Curtain—and wanted to avoid actions that could compromise any real operations.
On October 25, 1960, a State Department letter (from Hugh Cummings of the Intelligence and Research Bureau to CIA Deputy Director of Plans Richard Bissell) requested information on a list of roughly 18 defectors; Oswald was among the names. The request was routed within the CIA to James Angleton’s Counterintelligence staff and the Office of Security. The CIA’s handling of the query was opaque: internal instructions effectively steered research away from several names (including Oswald in some accounts), and the response provided to State did not confirm or deny any agent status for Oswald. Otepka continued looking into the defectors and reportedly kept related materials (including work on Oswald) in a safe in his office. He was progressively sidelined, subjected to surveillance and other pressure, and formally removed from his position on November 5, 1963—17 days before the Kennedy assassination. He was not called as a Warren Commission witness.
A separate note among the inventory records mentions halves/fragments of two one-dollar bills (sometimes described as “torn in half”) that were allegedly in his wallet or possessions. These items were never fully photographed or retained, later disappeared from evidence. These were not coin half dollars as stated by a member on this sub.
How do you guys reconcile the statements from witnesses like Jack Davis that state Oswald sat next to several different people in the theatre? Furthermore, considering the fact that he had two dollar bill halves in his possession. This smacks of spy craft 101. At the very least it appears that someone was supposed to meet Oswald at the theatre.
There is no denying a wallet was found at the Tippit murder scene. FBI agent Robert Barrett has been steadfast in his affirmative of a wallet being presented to him by captain Westbrook at the Tippit murder scene. He details Westbrook asking him if he knew Oswald or Hidell from the identifications found in the wallet. Captain Westbrook was determined to make sure all evidence pointed to Oswald as the murderer of JD Tippit.
Reserve officer Croy signed a copy of the famous Tippit patrol car photo. He scribed “First on the scene: Recovered Oswald’s wallet there too”.
So I guess Oswald was carrying two wallets that day. Oswald was searched in the police car during his arrest. This search produced a wallet. This is the comical stuff that screams planted evidence.
Anybody got a good line on a NP position in Chattanooga for a guy with 15+ years experience?
I just watched the dash cam video from Patrick McGinty’s truck. McGinty accelerated when Vega “floored” it and tried to get over. McGinty is just as culpable as Vega.
1. Tippit Spoke to Her / Tried to Communicate
• Markham claimed Officer Tippit tried to speak to her after being shot. She said he “tried to” say something, though she couldn’t understand him because she was screaming and hollering while trying to help him. She maintained she stayed with him, talking and attempting to save his life until he was loaded into the ambulance.
• Contradiction: Medical evidence and multiple other witnesses (including Domingo Benavides, who was very close) indicate Tippit died almost instantly from a fatal head wound. Witnesses described him as motionless with eyes sunk back and a large blood clot; one said he “was dead when he hit the ground.” No other witnesses recalled Tippit showing signs of life or speaking.
2. She Was Alone with Tippit’s Body for About 20 Minutes
• Markham stated she was the only person attending to Tippit for roughly the first 20 minutes, trying to help him until the ambulance arrived.
• Contradiction: This is false. Other witnesses arrived within moments. Men entered Tippit’s car to radio for help almost immediately. A crowd gathered quickly, and the ambulance arrived around 1:10 p.m. (about 3–5 minutes after the shooting, depending on exact timing). Multiple people were on the scene well before 20 minutes had passed.
3. Tippit Was Alive When the Ambulance Arrived
• Tied to the above, she implied or stated Tippit was still alive and responsive enough for her efforts when help arrived.
• Contradiction: Consistent with the instant death from the head wound. Other witnesses and medical assessments confirm he was deceased shortly after the shots.
The one thing that bothers me about the Carcano rifle being found is the fact that it had a chambered round in it. The person that planted this rifle wants us to believe Oswald scored a head shot, then ejected and chambered a live round, hid the rifle, and made it down 4 flights of stairs to look cool for Office Baker in 90 seconds.
I’ve looked at three other shootings by a sniper to support my argument.
The first is the shooting of Medgar Evers. He was shot with a "sporterized" Enfield .30-06 caliber rifle (Model 1917, with a telescopic sight/scope). The rifle was found to have been recently fired (an empty shell casing was inside, and it matched the bullet recovered from the scene.
The second was the shooting of MLK Jr. Shortly after the shooting (around 6:01 p.m.), Ray fled the rooming house at 422½ South Main Street in Memphis (across from the Lorraine Motel). He dropped a bundle in the doorway of Canipe's Amusement Company (next door, at 424 South Main Street). Police discovered the bundle within minutes to about 30 minutes. It contained the Remington 760 rifle (with a spent cartridge casing).
The third was the shooting of Charlie Kirk. The rifle was a Mauser Model 98 bolt-action rifle (sporterized, .30-06 caliber, originally German military design from WWII era). The rifle was found wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the scene shortly after the shooting. A spent cartridge was recovered from the chamber, with three additional live rounds in the magazine. Some casings were engraved with messages (e.g., anti-fascist references or song lyrics).
All three of the shootings I have mentioned all occurred with bolt action rifles. All three of the rifles were found with a spent shell casing chambered. I have presented supporting evidence as to why the Carcano was a plant. Oswald shot no one on 11/22/63
