Please can anyone recommend safe restaurants to eat at in Salzburg with a peanut and tree nut allergy??

I have a peanut and tree nut allergy and am travelling to Innsbruck, Salzburg and Vienna.

Has anyone been recently with a peanut and nut allergy? How was it explaining your allergies? Any restaurant recommendations please?

I’m so anxious about travelling.
Also doing a day trip to Bratislava too if anyone has recommendations for there too?
