55 year old male,on hormone replacement with GH,testosterone,levothyroxine and hydro-cortisone
Recently developed sleep apnea
Along with that also seems to be having uncontrolled hypertension so they added another anti hypertensive
Is it possible that these supplemented hormones might be causing sleep apnea?
56 year old male,hypertensive
GH,testosterone,thyroxine and corticosteroid being replaced
Recently developed severe sleep apnea
Hyponatremia too
Any inputs or personal experiences that can guide me before I get to see a doctor

We are not planning any long trips abroad in the next couple of months

Slightly overweight
Diagnosed and been on RA medication since last 12 years
Currently on methotrexate,sulfasalazine and golimumab(simponi)
My small joints (fingers) are not troubling me anymore
But every other couple of months,some of the other tendon tear /tendinosis keeps happening
On usg,the doctor said I have poor tendon quality
Is this because of RA?
Is my current drug regimen adequate as the joints don’t hurt anymore?
Or do I need to advocate for more drugs to control the tendinopathy?
Not able to understand if I can say my RA is currently controlled as joints are okay and bloodwork is fine? So why are my tendons getting damaged like this?
Does a persons third Sade sati indicate death? If somebody is around 55 but has already seen 2 sade satis and now entering into third Sade sati.Is it a sign of passing away??
