Advice on how to handle this hill at my new home.

There is about 2-4 feet of land at the top of the hill that is my property as well, I’d ideally like to work on it being less steep and add a fence going up and around it if possible, I was thinking of adding some stone steps leading up the hill to the top and putting a small seating area there. But advice on how to handle this or best way to go about it would be very appreciated by this first time homeowner.
