I have just had a new bathroom installed and I have a few plumbing concerns with the placement of the digital shower processor.

The processor has been installed in the loft space (cold loft) and it approximately 300mm from the eaves. I noted that the installation guide suggests that the processor should not be near the eaves but it doesn't state a suggested distance.

What is the appropriate distance that a mira processor should be installed away from the eaves to prevent freezing?

My partner had her VSG surgery yesterday at approx 17.30. I picked her up today about 13.00 hours and although i've been reading non stop and have an armoury of tips and tricks, I thought I'd reach out incase theres something else I can do to help her/ make her more comfortable.
