Where's the update

Can we start sharing quitters and toxic usernames in broken arrow and shame them, of course with providing screenshots and proofs? Since the quitting penalty isn't doing that much?

Edit: i am only saying that because the punishment in this game is still very weak, and a lot of people are still quitting mid matches without a single reason, and its always the same people i played before with, maybe developers can make a better punishment system? Not that the "you can't join a match until 3/4 minutes penalty"?

Edit #2: i just realized and remembered some quitters are not actually quitters, but they leave due to server issues or connection like that, but as usual we share screenshots and proof because its sometimes its always the same player that leaves midgame and doesnt even bother to stay in game.

I wanna get a pc a setup already got the monitor only need the desktop and i dont know where to start and if i should i build one or i order a prebuilt one in Lebanon.

Id appreciate if yall can give me some advices of how to start, or places i can buy the parts from
