Austrian Audio OC818 upside down or no?

I was using my AA OC818 right side up for all the time I’ve had it, love the sound. Another VA told me I should put it upside down, that my sound is richer. I’ll be honest, I can’t hear any difference as far as that goes. But upside down, I do hear more of my mouth/nose/movement noise. I’ve seen no videos where people are using it upside down, no one saying they do it that way. Since this mic is pretty unique, I’m wondering if it works just as well either way and maybe I just need to go back to regular position. Does anyone use oc818 upside down? Why or why not?

Anyone have experience with STARS Talent?

I want to hear anyone's experience with STARS Talent (Utah)

I submitted my demos and had a meeting with them where they decided to represent me. Because I've seen mixed reviews at polar opposites of the spectrum, I'm hoping to get some general feedback here where I can possibly ask questions. They sent me the contract, but I haven't sat down to look it over yet. They did not ask me to take any classes, which I've seen mentioned in a lot of negative feedback.

Obviously, reading the contract will be another opportunity for me to be like "oh yes" or "oh no", but I'd feel better with feedback from anyone who does/did work with them or even anyone who was turned down.

What I know:

There is a $99/yr website fee

They get 10%

If I get any work outside them in NV, UT, MT, ID WY, I have to tell them and they will get 10% of that too.

Contract is for 2 years

Why I'm apprehensive:

I have a lot of experience and I'm very good at what I do, but in the meeting there were almost no questions asked about my voice over experience. They listened to my demos on the call with me and liked them, but just listened to a few seconds of each.

The person is mostly just the admission interviewer, but couldn't tell me how many VO jobs they typically cast per month.

I'm pretty used to everything being difficult and this just felt too easy. I should be relieved by that, but ya know.

TIA
