This is a fraudulent company. I absolutely do not recommend them. They set up automatic payments without my permission, even though I didn't use it. Furthermore, although they stated the refund would be processed within 7 days, they haven't issued it.

I need help for my Saturn 4 Ultra 12 k.Im using Elegoo Resin and ı using Chitubox. I'm experiencing these printing issues and I want to adjust the settings to the best possible level. Can you help me?

I need help- Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra .My last 5 prints come out like this; the resin sticks to the build plate and is very difficult to remove. There are no problems with FEP film. The only feature I changed is that I no longer use Chitubox Pro.

Some of the resin products that come out are also incomplete, as seen in the image.
