Good news guys! I finally got my dc account after getting hacked for 3 weeks now... support removed my multifactor authentication so I could reset my password. I'm so happy!!!
hey guys so it's almost 3 weeks and my account is still hacked and I cannot access it. I tried sending a lot of tickets and luckily, discord support is replying but somehow not helping me. I've talked to 3 persons (or bots) and they keep on saying that they cannot disable my 2FA even if I explained that I cannot do anything. I don't have backup codes saved with me. I downloaded an authentication app but there's no codes showing up either.
It's been bothering me so much and I feel very frustrated with how other people got their accounts back within days and here I am fighting with 3 different people from support just to bring ny account back. I've also read posts that discord was able to remove their 2FA and got their account back, how is that so? What did y'all said to your ticket and how did you guys explain it? I've sent over 10+ tickets with proof but they still wont do any action.
