I have this message for hours now, and I don't see others having it. Please help me. Also, don't come to me with that I made a picture with my phone, my pc is too slow to send it

I probably sound stupid, but could someone please help me? I have installed some mods for my world. Its a cobblemon world with some performance mods, but i still get lag. I have no idea how to fix it. I will send pictures from my phone, because opening a file (screenshot) and sharing it takes me too much time.
