Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte mein aktuelles System mit einer neuen (oder gebrauchten) Grafikkarte sowie einem passenden Netzteil aufrüsten. Mein Gesamtbudget für beide Komponenten liegt bei rund 450 €. Ich komme aus Deutschland und bin absolut offen für den Gebrauchtkauf (z. B. über Kleinanzeigen), um das meiste aus dem Budget herauszuholen.

Mein aktuelles System:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 32 GB DDR4
Gehäuse: Corsair iCue 220T (Maximale GPU-Länge: 300 mm)

Meine Anforderungen & Ziele:
Story-Games: In 1080p auf Hohen bis Epischen Einstellungen mit mindestens 60 FPS spielen (später ist eventuell ein Wechsel auf 1440p geplant).
Esports-Titel: Auf niedrigen Einstellungen für möglichst hohe FPS.

Was ich suche:
1. GPU-Empfehlung (~350 € – 380 € gebraucht): Welche Grafikkarte bietet hier das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und genug VRAM-Reserven, ohne dass die CPU extrem bremst? (Wichtig: Die Karte darf wegen meines Gehäuses definitiv nicht länger als 300 mm sein!)

2. Netzteil-Empfehlung (~50 € – 80 €): Das Netzteil muss unbedingt vollmodular sein. Gibt es bestimmte 600W–750W Modelle, die ihr bezüglich Lautstärke und Qualität besonders empfehlen könnt?

Welche Kombi aus GPU und Netzteil würdet ihr mir aktuell auf dem deutschen Gebrauchtmarkt am ehesten empfehlen?

I'm looking to upgrade my current build with a new (or used) graphics card and a power supply. I’m based in Germany and my total budget for both components is around 450€. I’m totally open to buying a used GPU (e.g., via Kleinanzeigen) to get the best possible value for my money.

My Current Build:

My Goals & Expectations:
Story Games: High to Epic settings in 1080p at 60+ FPS minimum (planning to move to 1440p in the future).
Esports Titles: Low settings to maximize high FPS performance.

What I Need Advice On:
1. GPU (~350€ – 400€ used): Which GPU gives me the most performance and VRAM headroom without causing a severe CPU bottleneck? (Important constraint: The card must be strictly under 300 mm in length to fit my case!)

2. PSU (~50€ – 80€): The power supply must be fully modular. Any specific 600W–750W models you’d recommend for quality, low noise, and reliability?

What would be the best GPU + PSU combo for around 450€ in the German market right now?
