Going to C90 from a mid level up/down. Has the culture really gotten better there?
Does the average trainee get extensions of hours or is it you get a set amount and either certify or wash?
Any general advice or information appreciated.
Where is the actual data that is being used for a facilites projected staffing? Is 123ATC accurate as of the most recent selections? I'm trying to fgure out if bonus money is still available at places like D21 and then also does the money go away during the middle of selections?
Example: could two people be picked up from the same facility on the same round of selections and then only one of them receive the bonus? Or is the projected staffing only recalculated after the round of selections are completed?
Anyone know the length of time the new ERR's stay in the system? Do I need to reapply after each panel?
