Anyone else seen this scam? 2 orders, same house, 2 different names, then hit with a "Wrong Order" CV?
I got a stacked order going to the exact same private house. Exact same delivery instructions, but two different account names.
I dropped both orders right next to each other at the front door and took a picture showing both packages together before marking them delivered.
An hour later, I get hit with a "Wrong Order Delivered" Contract Violation.
Both orders literally went to the same front door at the same time. I'm guessing the customer used two accounts to claim I mixed up the food so they could get a refund.
I already disputed it with the photos and GPS proof, but has anyone else dealt with this "two names, same address" setup before? Did DoorDash clear the violation for you?
