Greetings

I am trying to put a fresh set of batteries into a droid depot custom BB8 in advance of a park trip.

The droid door will not open, the screw is stuck. One screw comes out easily, the other won’t move at all. Does anyone have any ideas or tips and tricks to help get the screw out?
