Advice for first time riders? Maintenance tips or in general ? I feel lots of vibration in between shifts or when slowing down, what do I need to improve on or should I be looking at something on the bike? Bike has 3,600 miles
Bought this 2012 sportster xl1200c. Running taillight light flickers when bike is running but not when it’s on(acc). Previous owner said they had installed LED lights causing the running taillight to flicker. Far as I can tell the headlight is LED and so is the Tail light but it seems to be the OEM tail light that came stock. No other lights flicker. Regardless, I tried a load resistor and that didn’t work. When I push on the front brake lever it goes away no flickering no problem same with rear brake pedal. I mean I barely touch the front lever and brake light comes on no flickering no problem. Lever barely even moves and it stops no flickering no issue. Even when I hold it down the brake lights come on and stay on with no problem. But when I’m not touching it at all it flickers. I checked connections, did load resistor on taillight, battery is good, fuses are good. New rider trying to learn. Haven’t had a chance to ride yet afraid I’ll get pull over for this.
