For the first time in my brief writing endeavor, I have experienced writer’s block. A crossroads. Which direction should I go without losing myself down a rabbit-hole. The Mob, the CIA’s behavior 👀👀, the physical evidence, the witnesses…the list goes on. So I decided to return to Oswald and explore the possibilities around the fake identity of Alek J. Hidell. For the more casual reader, Alek Hidell was the identity used to order the rifle and pistol. When Oswald was arrested, he reportedly had a forged Selective Service ID and a Marine Corps Certificate of Service for Alek James Hidell.
Alek J. Hidell was also listed as the President of the New Orleans chapter of the Fair Play for Cuba Committee, where Oswald was the secretary. The identity was listed as a secondary recipient on the New Orleans PO Box Oswald rented. The FBI analyzed the handwriting on the order forms for the rifle and pistol, the fake IDs, and even the paperwork for the PO Box. They determined that the handwriting could all be attributed to Oswald. But the interesting part of the analysis was that the card stock used for the IDs was authentic stock. How would Oswald have access to official military card stock?

Lee Harvey Oswald moved to the USSR and settled in Minsk as a factory worker in 1959. His request for citizenship was denied, but he was granted foreign resident status in Russia. During this time, he was also provided with a monthly payment of 700 Rubles from the MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) through the Russian “Red Cross”, which was equivalent to his monthly wage amount. In writing and interviews, he claimed these payments were for renouncing the United States. A Russian Intourist guide mentioned the Soviet Government will make these payments to Western defectors to give a better impression of the standard of living there when communications are made back to relatives at home.
I shared earlier today that I had found and was transcribing the initial draft of the Warren Commission Report. There is so much material here, I have decided to release it all at once as a downloadable PDF. For source credit, this document comes from the national archives...
I previously wrote about Oswald’s Historic Diary and I promised to circle back and release all the available pages. From what I can tell, there are about 3 complete pages that are still redacted, and a chunk of another page. I think there is a very good possibility these missing pages detail his spy work with the CIA. Whatever it is it - it’s incriminating if it is still unavailable. I will post the image of each page followed by it’s transcription for ease of reading. The FBI did analyze the handwriting, and it was Oswald’s. It appears Marina helped write some sections, but in the daily section of the diary which is not part of this report. So let’s get to it!
It’s been a little over a month since I stepped into the Realm that is the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy. What started as mild curiosity when I was transcribing in the National Archives became a full blown obsession. I even started writing this blog, which goes against every fiber of my being. Seriously - this was on the same list with the likes of Karaoke, downloading TikTok, running a marathon, and a handful of other things that I can almost guarantee I will NEVER do (and I have bungee-jumped…three times!) This has definitely taken me beyond my comfort zone, but it has sparked a determination for the truth I never would have appreciated before.
And the resistance?! Oh my…let’s just say I earned a stalker within the first week of this blog and participating in online discussions. He trolled me across 8 +/- forums using at least 20 different profiles. I’ve since put an end to that, but occasionally I still have to play “whack-a-mole” with the block function. But I have found that both CT and LN can both be very emotional in the beliefs, and sometimes not very receptive to new information. Now, when I say that, it is with a grain of salt - I am a NEWBIE. I am not always certain what is new information and what is not. But I do know that I have a different way of seeing things - patterns, tone, hidden meaning, missing information. So maybe, just by chance, I’ll see something that was sitting in plain sight.
There is so much information out there, it will take me years to catch up. So I decided to approach my research like an audit of the investigation. It’s not critical for me to know all the ‘transactions.’ An independent theorist not held to any particular scenario. I knew within days, though, that it was a Conspiracy. The rest I’m .....

This last week I’ve been working on transcribing some obscure JFK files from the volumes released in 2025. I say obscure because the volume labels are case/file numbers with volumes and serials numbers. Without a cheat sheet, who knows! It’s like opening a present on Christmas morning as a kid - the excitement…what am I going to find in this one? Why were these not released until now? Each volume with its own hint of intrigue.
The first volume I opened was regarding people associated with Caesars Palace and LCN crime family. The kicker was the scenario that unfolded - A witness, a confidential informant, an AUSA, and a defense attorney all hoping to date the same woman, who just happened to be a Las Vegas showgirl! The AUSA was even resigning from office and had hopes of dating said witness.
Over the last day I have been working on transcribing an obscure volume within the JFK archives. All the pages are part of the 2025 release and note 2025 RELEASE UNDER E.O. 14176. So let’s change things up and explore part of the “Mob” angle.
The section I’m working on transcribing has mostly intra-agency telegrams and communications. It appears the catalog section is for the communications surrounding what I am assuming is a confidential informant, Carlos Marcello. The focus so far has been on Ruby Lazarus aka Vincent Alo. Apparently Lazarus made a plea deal to turn on the La Cosa Nostra crime family, but then refused to give a statement. I came across this airtel which is packed full of interesting details.
I’m a little behind schedule getting my almost daily newsletter out there, but I hope this new format will make it easier to reference back to previous topics. We are returning to the subject of the autopsy for this edition. I need the help of my fellow researchers to make sense of the cranial damage from the diagram, language, and images. The language in the pathologists’ work also changes as the draft evolves to the final report. Plus, we have newly discovered archive images of a skull fragment the FBI retrieved from Billie Harper months after the Assassination.
I previously posted an image of a diagram made of the whole body during the autopsy. Below is the image compared to a small portion of the autopsy photograph. It actually looks pretty accurate to me, which means any downward angle of the back wound negates the throat as the exit wound, especially since said bullet had virtually no damage.
Over the course of the last two weeks, I’ve covered both evidence tracing and the autopsy. I began researching this particular area of interest doing transcriptions of exhibit lists. And then I started transcribing communications from the Warren Commission questioning the origins of certain evidence. That led me to search out the actual exhibits and trace the path through the investigations, which is still in progress. Let’s recap what we have so far from the initial FBI exhibit list.
Exhibit C0001 - The “Magic Bullet” - found “about an hour after” the President and Governor Connally arrived at the hospital. Complete shell, partially misshapen, nose tip in tact.

One thing I have noticed since I began transcribing, researching, chatting, and writing about the JFK Assassination is strict adherence to 3 shot narrative. Any more than 3 shots would prove a second shooter and the Oswald-only narrative collapses. Now, it is also true that there are those who believe conspiracy with only 3 shots. Hopefully, by the end of this post, I will have convinced those with an open mind that the FBI records - those behind the Warren Commission, point to more than 3 shots. Physical evidence, not conjecture. As mentioned several times, I believe there were 5 total shots, with the last 2 being at the head. The frontal shot hit first and then the second. I based this on the best scientific evidence I have seen to date as shown in the documentary JFK Unsolved: The Real Conspiracies.
I found that documentary about two days in, and nothing I have looked at since makes me question that hypothesis. So what about the physical evidence? Below is a letter from J. Edgar Hoover to the Commission responding to a request for details relating to the processing of the limo. I will post the transcript at the very end since the document is hard to read.
