We’ve coming to Wichita and nearby towns for work lately and wanted to asked, what is the secret to endure the humidity and heat?

I’m from a Caribbean place and I get it, but maybe because there’s no beach nearby I just can’t reconcile how y’all cope with this weather? Enlighten me, it is bad at least for me. I don’t see many patio restaurants or outdoor activities. The heat it is just nasty.
