Hello, I hope all is well.

I wanted to know if anyone knows a Target or Walmart in NYC or near, that removes the seal so that collectors can only buy them?

I’m looking for a place to go to since the Target in Rye, NY (rural) had no stock and they don’t remove the seals; It looked like an inside job where someone knew a scalper and hooked them up 😭🙏
