I’ve been living in Korea for two years, and honestly, I’m sick of it. I can’t stand the attitudes of some of the children here and the way their parents handle things. It’s really starting to take a toll on me. Is there somewhere better I could live and teach?

For those of you who hit a weight plateau while fasting, exercising, and being on a calorie deficit.

I have been 76 kg for 3 weeks now.. the scale hasn’t changed
