Flying in from Utah to go to the Thursday show, couldn't pass up the opportunity to see one of my favorite bands that may or may not tour again

I’m going to attach my anything cages to the carbon firestarter fork and it says a range of 0.75 - 1.5 nm. My torque wrench starts at 2 nm, so I’m wondering what wrench to get to make sure I torque it accordingly. Thanks!
