Hi everyone, I have received an offer from Capgemini with a joining date of 1st September. I also have an offer from Deloitte, but they haven't communicated my joining date yet. Both offers are around 4 LPA.

I'm confused about what to do. Should I join Capgemini and wait for Deloitte's joining date? If Deloitte calls me after I join Capgemini, can I resign and switch?

Also, for freshers, what is the notice period during training/probation, and is there any bond or penalty for leaving early?

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation. Thanks!
