Ending VA employment soon and getting very limited guidance from HR on what I'll need to do prior to leaving. I have emailed and reached out to many HR representatives. Basically told I'll receive a packet but I feel like at this rate it arrives once I'm done and don't have access to my
VA files or accounts. Any advice?

I keep hearing they made decisions on VISN employees (or should have) but we have really heard nothing. Any insights on what Reorg looks like for VISN? Or really any insights?
Was offered a job and am wondering if anyone is an executive director or in healthcare consulting for a private company and what they do and if they like it.
It would be a complete change for me and I just want some insights as I genuinely don't know anyone who does this. Thanks!
