Help I accidentally washed bourette silk yarn at 60 Celsius in washing machine

Hi, I accidentally washed bourette silk skein of yarn in washing machine at 60 Celsius. Now I’m freaking out that I might have destroyed it. It looks normal, just a little thinner. What are some of your experiences? Thanks for help

Hi, I guess I’m just trying to figure out how to feel like an equestrian. I used to ride for 10 years, showjumping and dressage up to L. My trainer was quite strict and cruel and always made me feel like I need to prove that I have what it takes to even have access to horses.

After I quit competing I switched to a barn where I was riding horses for free twice a week for a professional rider. I hated that environment, the people were mean, the horses abused (tiny paddocks, not even dail turn out, forcing horses into frame, hitting them etc).

Then I quit for 10 years and now I’m coming back to it. I only ride once a week again for free for a professional rider. The horses are in much better living environments. However, I struggle to connect with the people. I feel like they are not taking me seriously.

Also, I have a suspicion that a huge part of the problem is that unfortunately I have quite heavy hands, although I’m trying my best to correct this.
I beat myself up for it, especially because professionally I’m doing a research on horses, and I want to ride as gentle as possible.
I also fear I will loose this opportunity for free riding since I don’t have enough money to rent a horse.

I love riding and hanging out with horses, but this is making me kind of depressed.
