First time attendee, never been to California.
Never been to Celebration, and found out last night that I'm gonna be traveling alone. For any residents (or regular visitors) of the Los Angeles area, how is getting around? I'm aware the traffic can get intense (the 9 mile drive from my hotel to the Convention Center is currently taking 48 minutes), but I'm not opposed to traffic provided I plan my comings and goings accordingly. If I stayed a week, is it any fun to kind of cruise around in the evening, maybe rent a nice car and drive throughout the hills? I don't wanna irritate any residents or do it for nothing, but I always enjoyed the general feeling of cruising around in GTA V, and was essentially wondering if the city in person gives off the same vibe. I already plan to attempt to see some local baseball, and go to the Lucas Museum. Any other cool, potentially Star Wars/nerdy adjacent stuff to do that's slightly off the beaten path?
