ETEEAP JOURNEY - PUP 2026-2027

Nag-enroll ako kahapon para sa last set of subjects ko sa PUP ETEEAP - BSBA Major in Marketing Management. Kung walang aberya, graduation na next year. 😊

So far, nasa around ₱60k na ang tuition ko (₱40k first sem for 8 subjects, then ₱20k this sem for 4 subjects), tapos may around ₱13k pa akong babayaran for subject accreditation.

Noong first sem, may mga subjects akong natapos within two days dahil tinutukan ko.

I’m currently in the process of selling my house. May earnest money na and within a month turnover na siya. Okay naman yung selling price and technically kaya ko naman bumili ng 3BR condo cash without issue, pero strangely hindi pa rin ako fully sold sa condo living.

Siguro factor din na in the past, medyo impulsive ako sa big decisions. Pag may nagustuhan ako, minsan binibili ko agad without really sitting on it for long. Kaya this time, I’m trying to slow myself down bago ulit gumawa ng malaking commitment.

About me:
35, single female, matagal na rin hindi nagjowa, and even if ever magkaroon man ulit, I honestly don’t see myself wanting kids. Wala rin naman akong magiging heirs eventually. I currently live in a nice neighborhood sa south in a relatively big house, so malaking adjustment talaga if ever.

Another reality is both my parents are already aging and not in their best shape physically. Siguro in a few years time, there’s a big possibility na tuluyan na rin akong mag-isa in life, so napapaisip ako what kind of living situation actually makes sense long term.

Part of me likes the idea of condo life:

  • less maintenance
  • easier security
  • simpler day-to-day living
  • easier to travel or leave anytime
  • less physical and emotional burden

Pero part of me also wonders if long term condo living eventually feels lonely or restrictive, especially for someone who might end up living alone long term.

I’m also considering renting first instead of buying immediately. Financially okay naman either way, but this time I’m trying to be more intentional instead of buying out of impulse just because kaya naman.

For people who’ve lived in condos long term:

  • did you eventually love it or regret it?
  • did you miss having a real house?
  • if you had no kids/no “family home” to preserve, would you still buy property or just rent and keep life flexible?

Curious lang talaga. Feeling ko nasa weird transition phase ako ng buhay ngayon and I’m trying to think more long term this time.
