I Emailed Sevn saying Thank you to show interest - May 27th 2026
Sevn tour Viewing - May 29,2026
I Tour the Unit and Show interest in going forward - May 29, 2026

Currently at Awaiting Lease Drafting - May 30th
Signed My Lease - June 4th 2026
Signed IRS Form - June 4th 2026

Move in July 1st 2026

Hello Everyone

I currently waiting approval from pronto/HPD which it’s been 4 weeks

I desperately want to leave so I’m looking into reside rerental!

What do you guys think about living in a studio with a baby?

Did anyone ever missed a deadline to submit documents and still got thru with getting a unit!

Estela emailed me for documents and viewing May 11th the viewing was May 13th and I just seen it and quickly filled out the application , and submitted my documents

I also emailed the project manager and MGNY stating that I missed the deadline and if they could still review my application and sorry for the convenience.

My Friend and I is both discouraged about awaiting a Unit from Pronto after we both found out that we are both competing for a unit with another applicant

Why do pronto and other agency submit 2 different files at once?

And how can we withdraw our application? We are going to continue to look.

Any advice ? On what we should do!!
