TTC after ectopic pregnancy

Has anyone any tips to deal with TTC after an ectopic pregnancy?

A little backstory; I found out I was pregnant in july due to an overly positive OPK. Which was strange considering I thought I had my period 13 days prior. I had never seen such a dark line and an OPK is usually positive on day 14. Just to be sure I took an pregnancy test and as it turned out, I was pregnant.

I was 5 weeks and 6 days counted from the first date of my last period. After contact with the midwife, I got an early scan and they could not find anything and was send to the hospital. GYN couldn’t find anything either and I had to get my blood drawn. My HCG was 5900. Two days later I had to come back for another blood draw and my HCG had risen to 8900. So they did surgery to locatie the pregnancy. It turned out to be ectopic. It was located in my right tube, which they completely removed.

Now I am 6 weeks after my surgery and back to TTC (cleared by my doctor). I am very anxious it will happen a second time and every cramp on my left side makes me feel more stressed. Because I only had some right-sided cramping when I had the ectopic pregnancy.

Does anyone have any tips about how to not over analyse any and every symptom or cramp?
