About to hire a GC for a ~$1.5M custom build. how do I avoid getting burned by “low” bids that explode later?
I’m interviewing GCs for a ~4,100 sq. ft. custom home in the Seattle area (demo + rebuild on existing lot). Plans are mostly complete and I’m trying to ensure bids are truly comparable.
