I’m a teenager, and I’ve always been interested in languages. But I’ve come to notice that I’m horrible at speaking them while being good at understanding them. The best example I could give is English: I can read philosophy books pretty easily, but when it comes to speaking in English class, I’m just horrible at it. Well, the situation seems pretty easy to fix, just speak, right? Nope, I’m ultra antisocial. I have difficulties both irl and online. How do I improve at speaking a language without other people, or by minimizing the social aspect?
