During 1-1, he told me my efficiency is not good enough without any evidence and then continued talking about how much I text during work and then he said he knew I screenshot his messages (it was not even on the main communication channel, not on slack) and sent them to my friends and asked me what would I feel if I were him?

I sat through that in silence but now I'm so mad and wondering why I did not quit right then
