Looking for feedback on my admin panel gaming dashboard UI

I want to build a gaming marketplace and I have no experience in UI, but I designed this to show the developer my needs. And recently I've been thinking about making it public. I'm a fan of simplicity and clean design, but I'm going to guess from a technical point of view. It may not be ideal, but it can perfectly cover my needs in terms of appearance. I welcome your comments on what I can do to make it better?

This is my first UI design in Figma.

To be honest, when I started I didn't know anything about design principles - I was more focused on the appearance.

I made this so that the developer would know exactly what features and needs I had, but now I want to seriously improve it.

I would really appreciate honest and critical feedback on things like:

Where should I start first?

What are the really important things?

What is the difference between professionals and amateurs?

Are there any useful plugins or utilities you recommend?

Or any hobby tips that I didn't know about and didn't mention in this article?
