Just tell me what to do

First year gardener and it seems the pests (white flies and beetles) got to my collards and kale. Should I just dig them up and seed or plant grown ones in the winter?

I bought some spinosad and clay to spray on these & some Neem oil for the white flies but I fear they are too far gone. What should I do?

Is this a possibility? Question about a document I signed a few years ago

A few years ago a recruiter at the company I worked for asked me to write about what it’s like working as a woman in tech. I agreed to contribute to the post. I’ve worked with this recruiter in the past before, this time was different. She asked me to sign a legal document agreeing to the use of my image and (any future offspring I may have) likeness in perpetuity across the world. I signed it not thinking much of it, thinking “they just need this so my quote can be on multiple websites or something”. Then I thought about it for a couple of days and it really didn’t settle right with me, like most tech companies this company had basically become an AI driven hellscape and injecting agentic AI and LLM into everything. I reached out to the recruiter and asked her if she had given the document to legal yet and she said “no, we’re still waiting on a few more signatures”. I politely asked her to discard my signed document and told her why. She said “I doubt they’ll use it for anything other than the quote”. I didn’t believe that. So she discarded the document. My question is, do you think there’s any chance that document was retrieved and can it come back to haunt me or any future children I may have? I got her in writing telling me she had discarded it so if my image or likeness is used by this company years from now maybe I could sue.
