Anyone have any inputs or opinions?

I read so many amazing reviews about Jim and then horrible reviews about him on another sub. But he delivers. This is one of several that I ordered. Soft leather, amazing smell. And this was a ready-to-ship… not even one that I have coming custom.

My son’s account says Brittany (which was his 2nd choice so not mad about it) but has $6790 price which is a triple price. We definitely did not want/need a triple and he even submitted with a roommate already. Any clue if this is accurate or just a placeholder?
