Looking for someone to take the hall with commom bathroom in a 1 bhk in a premium society in Marol , Andheri East .
I’ll be taking the room with attached washroom . The flat is kinda semi furnished with 2 acs and geysers. Nothing else
Planning to rent/buy a fridge or washing machine ( if bought can sell it once moving out idk seems better to buy than rent . We can decide that)
Have to setup wifi , water dispenser ( a bisleri can maybe could suffice instead of setting up an ro and maintaining it) and gas cylinder.
I cook my meals on my own . Will keep a maid for utensil cleaning and house cleaning.
Looking for someone who’s chill , likes to keep stuff clean and fun to hangout with . Doesn’t mind if a couple friends come over.
Little bit about myself, I’m 22M (someone around this age would be preferred) , working in fintech . I watch a lot of sports (basketball, football , cricket) , like to go out to pubs on weekends and movies .
Rent : 52k (split between 2 so 26k each)
Deposit: 1.25-1.3 lakh
Monthly cost should be around 30-32k ( water , fridge/washing machine rent , maid , gas) . Rest is your expenses
