I soaked the wart on my left foot in ACV over night and woke up to this after removing the duct tape.
What would you guys do at this stage? I haven't had it look like this before.
For the exception of the bottom of the wart and surrounding skin, it looks mainly like healthy skin to me.
I've been debriding and applying SA (Wart-off paint 25%) for just over 2 months now, and it's probably the last 2-3 weeks that it's become very sensitive and painful. Although I've seen changes, 2 months seems like a while, and I'm not confident my approach is the best one. The main acid which took a dent out of the top wart is ACV, however it was so painful I haven't used it since.
I think I'll switch to the wart stick (40% SA) and wearing pads with SA to see if that speeds things up. Though I am getting sick of hobbling around every day.
Has anyone else's warts looked like this at some stage in the battle? Any advice?
I soaked a cotton ball in ACV for the first time and taped it on. Managed 90 minutes before it became unbearable. I wasn't able to walk for a few days after it, and my toe (and my foot) has partially swollen up and gone red... I went to the GP and she doesn't think it's infected.
That aside, did I do something wrong? I may have debrided too much before administering the ACV. I am hoping it at least did something as the bottom one seems to have lifted more, and the top one wasn't black.
