Changing Subscription When Usage Patterns Change
Hi folks!
Curious if anyone has some insight on this. One of my family members (we're all on Public currently) initially signed up with one of their international plans as she needed to occasionally make calls to the US. That need is no longer there but the 'Change Subscription' options are only surfacing similar plans with international usage included.
How do we properly move her from the international plan to a domestic plan? She'd like to use the $25/mo plan instead.
Do we have to cancel first? Ticket to support?
If anyone else has done this would love to hear about your experience!
