I have a friend who is homeless, and shes at rock bottom and Ive expended the ways I can help currently

shelters are full, and idk what to do. I have no money, she has no money.

She cant get ahold of ppl who are paid to help her, and Im getting overwhelmed

Is there anyone who can help?

Everything I plan on doing takes time and she doesnt have time. Shes not ok at all

What do I do that hasnt already been done?
