Community projects?

I've had a hard time telling just from casual browsing of the sub, what languages here are considered community projects, if any. Looking for places open to contribution.

Replaced original text to both get to the point, and avoid disparaging peoples personal projects, that's not my intention.

DFW Airport: Gate E1?

Anyone know why Gate E1 either doesn't exist or isn't publicly accessible?

Just feels odd that the terminal kinda stops at E2.

Secret government gate? /s

2016 Charger SXT RWD, still under 100k miles.

Been hearing some light ticking, very light, more pronounced when cold, and can go away when warmed up. Initial searching suggests something akin to the lifter rod problems that the pentastars are known for.

Took it to a shop, and their diagnosis (after having difficulty reproducing) is that its either the rockers or lifter rods - the common issue. But they say its early, and not really worth addressing yet.

My question would be, how can it be too early? Obviously it can be a semi-expensive fix with both labor and parts, but if the concern is that it'd be a waste of money for the car's age, I'd rather be told that up front. The other concern being, how long would someone reasonably wait? Until its too late, to the point of having to replace the camshaft and getting a ton of metal in the oil?

I'm not experienced in the area, so apologies if this is just a dumb question.
